Requirement:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist in the Beauty industry
- Strong understanding of how to story-tell and copy-write both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with social media management tools
Experience using Social Media Analytics (e.g:
Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok, etc).
- Excellent understanding of crafting content, finding topics, and scheduling daily posts based on traffic analytics
- Ability to edit simple video using Capcut and Canva

Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Content Creation:
Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media profiles and pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Engagement and Community Management:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities, trends, and insights.
