Job Description
- IO (In Out Material) Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for guiding, managing, supervising and evaluating the daily work of the material department staff to improve work quality and work attitude
- Monitor the in and out management of the company’s goods and materials to ensure the safety of goods and materials
- Responsible for the review, signing and stamping of delivery orders, warehouse entry orders, outbound warehouse exit orders and weighing orders for all materials of the company
- Responsible for the approval of the company’s cargo vehicle outbound release order
- Responsible for monitoring the weighing of the weighing room to ensure the accuracy of the weighing data
- Ensure that the quality goals of the material department are achieved (99.5% on-time receipt rate, 99.8% on-time receipt rate and 99.5% on-time warehouse entry rate)
- Handle tasks temporarily assigned by senior management
Requirments:
- College degree or above, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experiences within a receiving or inventory department
- Preference will be given o those who are proficient in english or chinease
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
