- Design and document functional specifications for applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop use cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and IT validation to ensure proper system functionality.
- Organize and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective use of SAP GROW applications and modules.
- Configure and customize SAP GROW modules, specifically Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM), to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other business units.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree ini Informatics Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an SAP environment, with a focus on SAP GROW.
- Strong understanding of SAP GROW functionalities and capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver training and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in configuring SAP modules, particularly PP and MM.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Placement in Factory (Cicalengka, Bandung)
