Job Description
- Providing value-added services to the company by constantly striving to find new and better products, sources of supply/vendors to get better prices and/or discounts, advantageous terms of payment, and better ways of meeting the needs of Business Users.
- To organize bidding/tender processes such as sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers, crafting high-level negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, creating Bids Score Card, and creating Purchase Order/LOI.
- To maintain long-term relationships with business users & suppliers.
- Maintaining and reviewing Procurement agreements to ensure agreements with the third party are updated and well organized.
- Solve problems promptly in the procurement process; report to superiors regularly, timely, and accurately in terms of the purchasing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Management
- Have min. 3 years experience as procurement/purchasing staff
- Have good negotiation skills
- Advanced in Ms. Excel
- Have good analytical skill and detail oriented
