Job Description
- As part of the Organization Development team, you are responsible for the Talent Management function. Your expertise in People Development are critical to provide new perspective for their strong, established OD team.

- Design, implement, and manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify critical roles and skills necessary for achieving organizational objectives.
- Develop competency models and career paths to support employee development and growth.
- Lead efforts to assess current talent capabilities and identify gaps in alignment with future business needs.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership coaching to enhance the development of high-potential employees.
- Create and monitor talent pipelines for critical positions, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs through metrics and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into talent development programs.
- Drive the adoption of talent management tools and systems to improve efficiency and enhance employee engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into the organization’s talent strategy.
- Profile
- A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management with strong expertise in People Development & Talent Management.
- 5 years of experience in conducting Talent Management within medium to large-count enterprise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decision-making and program direction.
