Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create Sales Invoice & Provide monthly reports
- Spare Part related – Posting Transaction in system (NAV), tracking transaction details, valuation & Reports
- Inventory related – Conduct monthly & yearly stock count, prepare inventory report including inventory reconciliation report
- Support for Yearly Audit
- Prepare CK-4C & LACK-11 report for customs
- Scan payment documentations
- Witness / Weighing Scrap
- Prepared balance sheet schedule, production output, List of sales credit memo issue, and Sales invoice report
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 – Accounting
- Min 1 years of accounting experience or fresh graduate are welcome.
- Experience in SAP system or Nav System
- Able to work under pressure
- Honest, detail-oriented, good teamwork, strong analytical and problem solving.
- Have a good attitude at work and wiling to do as per instruction and job assignment by superior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel & Word.
