Requirement:

  • Minimum age 32-43 years old
  • Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology/ Human Resource Management from reputable university ; Master Degree in Human Resource Management is an advantage
  • Experience minimum 8 years hands on HR & GA area
  • Experiences as HR Manager minimum 5 years with good proven tract.
  • Good in English is a MUST (oral and written)
  • Experience in managing, recruitment, training & development, psychological assessment and other HR matters
  • Honest, Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and committed to achieve goals
  • Expert on HR management system and development
  • Computer Literate ( Ms. Office ; Internet ; Powerpoint)
  • Good presentation abilities, initiation, and negotiation skills

Work Location:

West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta (nearby Kalideres, Airport Soekarno Hatta)

  • Good knowledge in Labor Law and all necessary Labor Government Regulation

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging standard operating procedure or specific procedure for internal company
  • Arranging company code of conduct for external and internal staff
  • Monitoring and control employee attendance, annual leave, reward/penalty and make a report on monthly basis
  • Prepare employment contract and other necessary letter for employee
  • Develop strategies and polices based on human resource management in the company long-term strategy and short-term has been established in accordance with applicable government regulations in order to obtain the performance of human resources, capabilities and competencies in accordance with the desired company
  • Arranging work plans in accordance with the strategy part, human resource policies and systems established to ensure the achievement of HR Objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementations of the HR function across the company to ensure everything is in accordance with the strategies, policies, systems and work plan has been prepared
  • Coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of training and development programs, including the identification of training needs and evaluate training, to ensure the achievement of the target levels of capability and competence of each employee
  • Planning manpower requirements in accordance with demand and desired qualification within the agreed time period
  • Directing, analyze and managing practices and procedures to ensure the remuneration package competitive remuneration determined by the company, in line with industry practice, according the company’s financial capability and internal equitable
  • Construct a system of performance management, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation of the performance management cycle, from planning, coaching, up-rated performance, to ensure the achievement of individual performance targets, unit or company
  • Manage and control the administrative activities of the office, general affairs, staff activity and HR information system to ensure optimal availability of support for the smooth operations of the company
