- Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as Quality Control (preferably in Collection/Desk Collection)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Good understanding in control, monitoring and coaching
- Able to work under pressure, target and fast paced environment
- Good communication in English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibilities
- Conduct quality evaluation for Desk Collection Operator by doing silent monitoring of phone calls based on a particular standard and prepare/analyst reports to provide suggestions for improvements based on the results of the reports
- Deliver feedback to Desk Collection Operator based on quality evaluation to improve Desk Collection performance
- Participate in calibration and mini calibration meeting to give information about phone call quality.
- As quality representative in morning briefing & on the floor meeting to monitor the information given is accordance with current situation and policy procedure
