  • Roles Overview
  • Identify potential improvement of existing products and businesses of SYB group
  • Work on development of new products and business of SYB group
  • Review Market trends, conduct market research, explore potential solutions and services for banking and payment industry
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with principals and suppliers
  • Analyze competition landscape to define pricing and develop marketing and sales strategy to introduce new products and business to the market
  • Work in marketing program, prepare sales guideline, presentation and proposal template for new products and businesses
  • Drive a full sales cycle from proposal and contracts preparation to complete delivery solution and maintenance services
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, conduct products, and services review, manage and monitor problem escalation, update customers about new products and services, gather information on customer business needs
  • Qualification & Skills Required

Education:

Min. bachelor degree all related major

Work Experience:

Min 4 (four) years as Business Development in relevant industry

Domicile:

Jabodetabek

Language:

Indonesian, English

Project Management:

Coordinating resources, timelines, and teams to execute business development project

Product Optimization:

Identify and optimize potential improvement of new or existing products and businesses in SYB

Market Research:

Understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Marketing Skills:

Develop marketing and sales strategy to introduce new products and business to the market

Presentation Skills:

Able to make proposal and presentation to be presented to the stakeholders
