Job Description
- Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Stage I
- Develop an efficient and lean team within HR division of the company to run day to day operation.
- Develop, Implement, and Update human resources policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations as Disnaker’s requirement
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires (Talent Acquisition)
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning (Talent Management)
- Develop necessary SOP, AK, KPI, Reporting Structures, Flowcharts and any HR Tools necessary for the company.
- Address employee relations issues, including investigating complaints, counseling employee, and mediating disputes.
- Manage HR-related technology system, including HRIS and payroll system
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR consultants and vendors
- Aligning the culture of the company to be adopted to the employees’ core value (Employee relations)
- Stage II (after completion of management of Stage I)
- Develop a comprehensive Training Need Analysis for the company
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring that all HR activities are cost-effective and within budget
- Manage employee compensation and salary administration, ensuring that salaries and bonuses are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Develop and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off policies.
- Develop a leaner organization structure by creating workforce planning.
