Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solving technical problems in the production process and promoting product or manufacturing process improvements
- Responsible for product quality control, efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and promoting process technology and operation capabilities
- Responsible for the introduction of new products, and improving manufacturing processes and production efficiency to ensure steady improvement of product manufacturing capabilities
- Responsible for process technology and equipment performance training, sharing knowledge and skills, and promoting personnel skills improvement
- Responsible for the review of small orders for product quality plans to ensure the matching of product manufacturing and process levels
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the technical route, quality policy and personnel training of this process, and ensure the development and reserve of process technology and talents.
- Responsible for achieving output targets and timely delivery
Job requirements:
- POINT MANDATORY Have MANDARIN listening, speaking, reading and writing skills MIN. HSK 4-6
- Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering such as communications, materials, chemical engineering, and machinery
- 2 years or more of work experience, with excellent independent work and thinking ability
- Those with experience in cable manufacturing are preferred
- Proficient in using office software such as Word and PPT, and have basic application capabilities of Minitab, CAD, Solidworks and other drawing software
- Optimistic and cheerful, with a strong sense of responsibility, subjective initiative, and focus on teamwork.
