Job Description
Key of responsibilities:
- Managing all Portfolio of Client’s (Banking) Real Estate Asset
- Reporting directly to Corporate Real Estate Head (Client)
- Representing The Client’s (Banking) in “day to day” operation of OA (Owner Association) of Building Complex such as weekly meetings for project, monthly meeting OA and securing the Client’s approval process
- SOP Compliance, Consistency and Standardization of the REPs guidelines
- Secure Regular Monitoring and Reporting all REP Activities
- Office Workplace Management
- Act as the spoke person for Client’s Estate and Transaction Management for approvals and reporting to Client’s BOD level
- Risk Management related to Real Estate Portfolio process
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economic, Architecture/Civil Engineering. Master’s degree preferred
- Min. of 8 years of experiences in real estate investment management or portfolio management especially in handling Banking/Financial Real Estate Portfolio Transaction including Branch & Head Office
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment analysis, valuation and due diligence processes and strong understanding of market trends, risk assessment and portfolio optimization strategies
- Strong leadership
- Strong in overview & drive team performance
- Strong communication skill across all stakeholder levels
- Excellent in time management
- Able to work in fast pace working environment
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Detail oriented
- Excel in Microsoft Office especially in Excel & PPT
