About The Company:
- The working venue is in Tangerang.
- Our client is a Japanese Retail company. Currently, they are looking for HR Senior Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating, integrating, and executing Human Capital strategies to optimize employee performance and organizational efficiency.
- Designing and implementing training programs aimed at people and organizational development, ensuring alignment with current and future business objectives.
- Establishing, enhancing, and refining effective strategies to strengthen recruitment and selection processes across all hiring levels.
- Reviewing and enhancing the compensation and benefits structure to remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
- Overseeing and improving Human Capital functions, including employee administration, HRIS, and industrial relations.
- Other task as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university.
- Have min. 5 years of experience as an HR Head in the retail industry.
- Conversational level of English proficiency (verbal and written communication skills).
- Capable of designing an HR Roadmap.
- Skilled in analyzing and preparing training matrices and overseeing their implementation.
- Proficient in developing strategies for people and organizational development.
- Experienced in establishing, enhancing, and refining effective recruitment and selection strategies.
- Able to manage payroll processes and evaluate compensation packages to ensure competitiveness.
- Knowledgeable in drafting employment contracts and other documents in compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Possesses in-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Has experience managing industrial relations with labor unions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
