- Perform booking keeping duties and other accounting operations
- Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, invoicing and payments in accounting software
- Perform administrative duties, create journal voucher and payment voucher, and generate PO and Invoice
- Understand accounting processes and business requirements
- Design and create accounting reports
- Conduct ‘process testing’ on software
- Perform accounting process simulation
- Prepare testing results and other reports
- Fulfil and update assigned task every day
Requirement:
- Speak fluently and write effectively in English
- Accounting experience essential
- Accounting software experience an advantage
- Desire to work in a Software Company
- An organized person with a positive mindset
Academic:
Diploma / Degree or higher in related course
Experience:
Min 1 year in similar environment
