Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Participate in the business strategic planning, convert to Financial models and give financial insight;
- 2. Monitor the business performance and progress, give detail analysis to the result and suggestion to optimize;
- 3. Provide comptrollership function in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies and procedures and accounting policies;
- 4. Work closely with HQ Finance team to set and optimize the Finance policies and procedures;
- 5. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in tax compliance or a related field, ideally with experience working in a professional services setting.
- Strong analytical and influencing skills to communicate effectively across all levels and work well across teams within the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Reasonably acceptable skill in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Required language:
Chinese (Mandatory), English, Indonesian.
Work Placement:
Surabaya.
