- S-1 for all majors.
Minimum 5 years work experience in the Printing industry, especially:
FLEXO printing (a plus), as well as 2 years in a managerial role.
- Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Have the ability to understand processes, production techniques and quality management systems in the printing industry.
- Understand the ISO 9001 system

Job Description:
- Ensure that a production schedule is arranged based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Plan the efficient use of resources such as labor, machines and raw materials.
- Prepare a production budget and control production costs.
- Ensure that the production process runs according to the schedule and quality standards set.
- Supervise the performance of the production team and ensure optimal productivity.
- Identify and resolve production problems that arise to prevent delays in the production process.
- Make regular reports regarding production performance, costs and resource use.
