Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manages the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and presentation of human capital.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field and Master’s degree in a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must, Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in leading HR departments.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Having experience in the company in the EPC Company will be an added value.
