Responsibilities:
- Manage operational online store including but not limited to Creating and maintaining store content ensuring all content is up to date and adding products to store categories.
- Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
- Act as liaison officer to communicate all online store programs and needs with third-party marketplace Coordinate with other departments, Customer service, and Warehouse for better results.
- Manage and monitor the online store’s stock.
- Create a livestream strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
- Monitor online customer feedback and act as a liaison with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
- Set up and optimize additional online sales channels.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma III or above, major is not specified; passionate in the e-commerce industry.
- Min. 1 Year related experience in live stream operations.
- Good communication, coordination, analysis, and expression skills.
- Actively participate in the activities organized by the school, and have certain leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proactive, practical, obedient, and high sense of integrity and commitment.
- Willing to be placed at Central Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi (WFO 100%)
