Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance, After-Sales, and Training:
- Negotiate after-sales service agreements for the Indonesian market, handle after-sales warranty parts and audits, and organize after-sales service training.
- Assist general distributors in monitoring and reporting product after-sales quality issues.
- Coordinate after-sales service claims between regional headquarters and general distributors.
Spare Parts Sales and Management:
- Manage the ordering, execution, and management of after-sales spare parts and accessories for Indonesia.
- Monitor the inventory turnover ratio of spare parts at general distributors.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in market analysis, new energy product maintenance, and management skills.
- Skilled in office tools; experience with Tableau is preferred.
- Experience in automotive after-sales service management in Indonesia is preferred.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and repair is preferred. Degrees in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation are advantageous.
Work Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Language Requirements:
Good English communication skills are required; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese is preferred, enabling seamless communication with both the domestic headquarters and local partners.
