Job Description
- Tenant Relations at AMANTARA by Agung Sedayu Group involves managing the interactions and relationships between property management companies and their tenants. The primary goal is to ensure a positive living experience for tenants while also protecting the interests of the property owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between parties to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Mediate disputes between tenants and property management/landlords.
- Implement conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address and resolve property-related issues.
- Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and repairs.
- Provide information to tenants about property policies, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Having min. 3 years experience in similar industry (Mall)
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of handling complain, property management & facility maintainance
