Job Description
- The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. This position requires a dynamic leader with deep financial expertise, particularly in the insurance industry, to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Risk Management:
Oversee the company’s risk management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial standards.
Capital Management:
Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all insurance-related financial regulations, including statutory reporting and solvency requirements.
Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient execution of financial operations.
Reporting:
Provide financial reports and advice to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely information flow.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance-specific financial practices, including statutory accounting, actuarial valuation, and risk management.
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements such as OJK and PSAK.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and business growth.
- Detailed oriented, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
