Job Descriptions:
- Create precise and detailed drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, and other related systems.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and incorporate design specifications into drawings.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations, meeting quality and safety guidelines.
- Review and revise drawings as required based on feedback, changes in project scope, or site conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, versions, and project documentation for reference and future use.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and technical details to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as the same positions in property developer industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and related design tools.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and construction principles.
- Understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Proficiency in English
