System & Development Activities:
- Identify information system difficulties and potential competitive advantages in Accounting Laboratory
- Design, develop, and implement Information System/Information Technology for Accounting Laboratory purposes
- Identify Accounting Laboratory essential operational and general system requirements
- Design information system requirements and conduct information system coding
- Conduct evaluation and provide feedback for related Accounting Laboratory systems
Laboratory Activities:
- Develop practicum materials (in coordination with Teaching & Assistant Coordinator)
- Provide guidance and coaching to assistants in conducting research (joint project with Faculty research, laboratory research, etc).
- Coordinate with Teaching Coordinator in providing training for assistants in order to increase the ability of teaching and self-development
- Arrange and conduct Student Creativity Program regularly
Event Coordination Activities (Training, Workshop and Seminar):
- Implement related events in Accounting Laboratory (training, workshop and seminar)
- Organize timetables for various event in Accounting Laboratory
- Coordinate with other units on campus in planning and execution of the events
- Coordinate the post events briefing to evaluate the execution and provide improvement for the next events
Management Support Activities:
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
- Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records and other documents required
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in related area (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or any related technological/digital studies
- Have minimum 2 years of full-time working experience
