Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 -7 years of experience in project or civil construction management, with a focus on housing development
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standars, and budgeting
- Leadership skills to coordinate stakeholders and manage progress reports
- Experience in cost monitoring, material preparation, and quality / safety inspections
- Problem solving skills for on site issues
- Willingness to work on site or in the office as needed
Preference to candidates with:
- Have work experience in IT / Telco Industry
- Passionate, easy going and can join ASAP
