  • Strengthen Existing Customer Relationships
  • 1. Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers, increasing customer retention and loyalty.
  • 2. Proactively gather and implement customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • 3. Implement processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and Optimize Internal Operations
  • 1. Lead the internal operations team to build efficient workflows and drive process improvements.
  • 2. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business execution.
  • 3. Introduce digital tools and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Management
  • 1. Make data-driven decisions by analyzing customer purchasing trends and market movements.

  • 3. Propose and execute business strategies based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Team Management and Development

  • Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 1. 5+ years of experience in business development or operations leadership in B2B e-commerce or a related field.
  • 2. Proven track record in customer engagement and service expansion.
  • 3. Experience as a team leader with strong management skills.
  • 4. Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • 5. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • 6. Problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • 7. Fluency in business-level English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1. Knowledge of e-commerce platform development and operations.
  • 2. Experience in service innovation and development.
  • 3. Experience in introducing digital tools and automation solutions.
