Responsibilities:
- Operate motor graders to shape and maintain road surfaces and mining areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on grading equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduates in mechanical Engineering or other related majors.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a motor grader operator, preferably in coal mining.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
