Responsibilities:
Market Expansion and Channel Planning:
Responsible for channel planning and market expansion in Indonesia. This includes developing suitable channel models and market strategies based on annual sales targets and local market characteristics. The role involves identifying potential high-quality partners, assisting the country manager with business negotiations, and achieving the annual business plan. Additionally, it includes communicating and negotiating with distributors to ensure the effective execution of channel plans.
Sales Order Management:
Responsible for managing sales orders, including drafting, signing, and executing order contracts, as well as monitoring on-time delivery (OTD). The role also involves supporting the logistics department and distributors in completing customs declaration and clearance processes to ensure a smooth sales workflow.
Market and Channel Development:
Responsible for tracking and analyzing the macro environment in Indonesia, covering political, economic, social, and technological factors. This includes collecting and analyzing data on the automotive market, such as market size, competitive landscape, consumer demands, and trends. The role also involves conveying and explaining the company’s channel construction standards, monitoring the progress of distributors’ channel construction, inspecting completed channels, and providing rectification suggestions if needed. Additionally, it includes compiling market research reports to provide data support for company decisions.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with international trade practices and processes, along with strong capabilities in channel development and management, and experience in system and process development.
- Proficiency in office tools; experience with Tableau is preferred.
- Experience in market development and marketing in Indonesia is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree or above is required, with a preference for knowledge in automotive manufacturing and marketing. Degrees in marketing, business administration, or related fields are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Language Requirements:
Good English communication skills are required; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese is preferred, enabling seamless communication with both the domestic headquarters and local partners.
