Responsibilities:
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees, contractors, and visitors according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Train and support Autonomous Maintenance teams in achieving, sustaining, and improving basic equipment conditions.
- Prepare, execute, register, evaluate, and improve planned maintenance activities
- Ensure and provide an uninterrupted supply of high-quality utility resources throughout the production process in compliance with HEINEKEN and local quality standards, regulations, and procedures, and thus contribute to the excellent finished product quality.
- Produce and report accurate and timely data and effectively communicate it to the relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate optimal decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance activities
- Experience with liquid processing equipment, Krones machines, and the TPM concept will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Improvement-oriented mindset
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Willingness to work in shifts
