Job Descriptions:
- Assist the Brand Team both in the documentation and product distribution
- Prepare event & store needs (i.e. products, gifts, branding, gimmicks)
- Coordinate with the Delivery Team to ensure distribution goes according to schedule
- Coordinate with the Promotion Team for event preparation
- Prepare and record documentation of the gimmicks installation in each store
- Ensure the Sales Area that the gimmick has been received and installed in all store
- Coordinate and follow up the production of the branding process with suppliers (i.e. requesting samples, price offers, mock-ups, and proof prints until the gimmick is ready to be sent to the warehouse)
Requirements:
- Majoring in Management/Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Willing to work temporarily for a 6-month contract period.
- Used to meet and collaborate (follow-up) with advertisement vendors
- Have experience as Marketing Support for at least 1 year
- Good communication skills and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
- Able to do administrative tasks & data reports
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera
