Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled 2D CAD Drafter with expertise in architecture or interior design to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent technical drawing skills, hands-on experience with 2D CAD and 3D modelling software, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings. This role will involve close collaboration with our project managers, architects, designers, and engineers to ensure all designs meet client needs and comply with safety standards and local regulations.
Job Description:
- Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and engineers to gather product and structural information.
- Adjust designs and plans to meet the client’s needs and specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings and construction documents.
- Follow project timelines and manage tasks and projects in collaboration with other consultants and construction professionals.
- Produce complete documentation drawings, including plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, equipment plans, details, and specifications.
- Conduct field measurements if necessary.
- Effectively produce drawings, follow and improve our drawing standards and templates along the way.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (D3) in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Fresh graduates (with internship experience) are also welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar role.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Hands-on experience, and fluency in using 2D CAD software (understanding of XREF system, etc)
- Familiarity with 3D modelling tools.
- Knowledge of creating complete documentation drawings.
- Strong knowledge in details; such as architectural, interior and typical details.
- Ability to superimpose drawings from other team members/consultants / engineers.
- Knowledge in structure and MEP will be a huge advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory
- MUST be based in Bali. To be located in our office in Seminyak, Bali
