- Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking studies of similar developments, including financial reports, market studies, and industry information.
- Develop feasibility report models.

- Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Property Valuation, or a related field.
