- Follow up on IT Service Desk tickets, including replacing parts and providing backup units as needed, in accordance with SLA.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve daily issues.
- Prepare and set up IT equipment (PC, server, AP, PDT, ROUTER, Modem, etc.).
- Prepare a preventive maintenance plan for IT devices and run the plan periodically.
- Install Ms. Windows, Ms. Office, Application.
- Monitor the network and server every day periodically.
- Create and develop daily reports.
Requirements:
- D3 graduate/equivalent majoring in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in IT Support.
- Have good analytical skills.
- Have good communication (English is preferred).
- Have knowledge of Networking.
- Have knowledge of OS (windows/ios/macos).
- Willing to work with shifting/roster system.
