Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor control room operators, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and manage a team of MCR operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor critical systems and processes, promptly responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect critical infrastructure and data.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MCR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Operations Management/ Other relevant majors.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MCR operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MCR software and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
