Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and output.
- Monitor production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect workers and equipment.
- Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments to support production goals.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Other relevant majors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
