Job Duties:
- Ensure interest of the company can be protected in legal dispute (litigation and non-litigation).
- Managing and overseeing the organization’s litigation portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree on Law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and legal principles.
- In depth knowledge of the Indonesia regulatory law and specific insurance law.
- Ability to work independently or as team player.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively under pressure.
- Ability to provide independent legal advice which combine the legal knowledge and technical knowledge.
