REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and comunication skill

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the succession of agreement drafting and/or reviewing, through the compeletion of good processes and best practics according to the prevailing Company’s policies
- Ensure the succession of corporate action, through th completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Company’s policies.
- Ensure high compliance level of the company’s business regarding the prevailing government regulations
- Manage and/or monitor dispute resolution process for Company’s litigation and non-litigation
- Ensure the succession of any direction given by the Head of Legal and/or Management member of the Company
