What We Expect From You:
- At least 2 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
Communication Skills:
You must be a confident negotiator, able to connect with clients and partners.
- Ability to work with a CRM, manage your time, and handle a client base efficiently.
- You should quickly learn the Bali real estate market, understand its specifics, and apply sales techniques in practice.
- Spoken English and other languages will be a major advantage.
- Experience in closing deals in English is also a big plus.
Your Responsibilities:
Active Client Engagement:
Calls, meetings, property viewings, negotiations with clients and developers.
- Guiding clients through all stages of the transaction, from the first contact to closing the deal and post-sales support.
- Regularly updating client information, organizing property photoshoots, and conducting online viewings.
- Achieving a minimum of 2 deals per month with a conversion rate of at least 20% from accepted leads.
