Job Description
Requirements:
- Min Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
- Having experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a area or multi-store management
- Proven work experience in Paint or Building Materials industry would be prefer
- Proficient in Data Analytics
- Proficient in Any ERP, Ms.Office
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and store metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Set sales targets and provide guidance to sales associates on achieving individual and team goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing to assist customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure effective product placement, displays, and promotions to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and increasing sales.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
