Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the CEO’s schedule,    communications, and office tasks, with a strong focus on utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, transport, and accommodation.
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative      role.
