Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation, BoQ preparation, and project contract management.
- Skilled in project management software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, Primavera, Ms. Project).
- Experience in preparing project financial reports (Cash Flow, Final Account).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (clients, contractors, and internal teams).
- Quantity Surveyor certification is preferred.
