Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Deliver engaging lessons to students of various levels.
- Monitor and report on student progress, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Work with colleagues to create and improve Mandarin lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior.
- Keep in touch with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress.
- Participate in professional development and stay updated on teaching practices.
- Include Chinese culture in lessons to enrich students’ learning experiences
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Female-
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Chinese Language, or a related field. Teaching certification or a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous teaching experience, especially in international settings, is preferred.
- Native or near-native Mandarin and good English skills.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and adaptability.
