Job Description
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – COMMERCIAL BANKING/CORPORATE BANKING
- (SURABAYA PLACEMENT)
Qualifications:
- – Minimum 4 years’ experience in Banking industry
- – Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- – English proficiency in listening, writing and speaking
- – Have in-depth knowledge of forex, Banking products and services such as lending, funding, trade finance
- – Have good knowledge of finance principles and Bank’s credit procedures/policies
- – Have wide customers network would be an advantage
- – Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill
Roles and Responsibilities:
- – Maximize Bank’s revenue and maintaining a prudent risk exposure
- – Explore opportunities on new client in order to achieve Bank’s through Bank products, credit facilities, and any bank services depending on client’s needs
- – Prepare credit memo and presentation (if needed) and monitor the approval process
- – Maintain good relationship with internal/external stakeholders with high integrity, respect and professionalism
- – Monitor each business and credit performance through loan review or annual review
- – Ensure the safety and security of both customers and the Bank’s asset by complying with establish policy and procedures
