Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Master and create detailed and accurate financial reports.
- Prepare P&L statements and balance sheets with precision and clarity.
- Understand and recap tax reports in a detailed and clear manner.
- Master and create COGS and cost control reports.
- Oversee AP and AR transactions, & tax compliance.
- Prepare data and monitor the implementation of audits (Bank, Tax, Internal) conducted by external parties.
- Perform journal entries, conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash, inventory, advances, etc.
- Carry out stock opname at branch outlets, create withholding tax certificates and report monthly and annual taxes, & Perform costing.
Qualifications:
- – 2 to 3 years of experience in the F&B/Restaurant and Retail industry.
- – Minimum education of D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
- – Familiar with Accurate accounting software and Excel formulas.
- – Having Tax Brevet A & B certificates (a plus).
- – Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- – Placement in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
