Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will oversee and align the sales and marketing efforts of our company. This role is essential for creating cohesive marketing strategies based on our business goals and ensuring that both the Sales and Marketing teams execute effectively. You will bridge the gap between sales goals and marketing execution, providing strategic direction and support to ensure that both teams work in sync to achieve optimal results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies based on the company’s business goals.
- Translate these strategies into actionable tactics for the marketing team (Video/Photo Editor and Social Media Managers).
- Oversee content creation and ensure it aligns with the overall strategy.
- Guide the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across various social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Sales Strategy & Support
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team to help them reach their targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve their closing rates, providing training and tactics where needed.
- Ensure a seamless lead handover from marketing to sales and monitor the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Team Coordination
- Act as the key point of contact between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that both teams understand and work toward common goals.
- Facilitate clear and regular communication between the two teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate efforts to align marketing content with the needs of the sales team, ensuring that marketing initiatives support sales outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key metrics for both sales and marketing efforts.
- Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and sales activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies as needed to improve performance.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Strategic Marketing & Sales Experience:
Proven ability to create marketing strategies and support sales teams in achieving their targets.
Leadership:
Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and marketing.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to track campaign performance and provide insights based on data.
CRM & Sales Tools:
Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Freshsales) and sales performance tools.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in the yacht charter or luxury travel industry.
- Ability to create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and
