Scope of work:
- The HRGA manager will be responsible for overseeing the Human resources, general affairs, and administration functions of our company.
- The successful candidate will develop and implement relevant policies and procedures, manage employee relations and oversee recruitment and training activities.
- In this role, the HRGA manager will collaborate with cross functional teams and senior leadership to drive performance improvement and support the growth of the business.
Requirement:
- Age between 35-40 years old
- Male/female, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, human resources or a related fields.
- Proven work experience with minimum 5 years+ as HRGA Manager
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws, regulations and good relations with government institution
- Fluency in spoken and written in English is a must
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Ms. Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong leadership
Deep knowledge in ISO 9001:
2015, 5S, and Health Safety and Environment (HSE)
- Willing to be placed at Tangerang area
Job Description:
- Responsible for all HRGA activities
- Plan, develop and implement HR policies including organization structure , KPI, etc
- Ensure all corporate legal document validity update and conducted the renewal by coordinating with government institution
- Assist companies in developing procedures and process flow accordance with management needs
- Analyze trends, maintain and design employee benefits and regulations program
- Analyze and make training need analysis for all departments
- Conduct training to develop company’s employee skill and knowledge
- Manage employee relation, performance reviews and conflict resolution
- Oversee general affairs including office and building management and administrative function
