Job Description
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT security;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT security roles such as security analyst, penetration tester, security engineer, incident responder, or security architect;
- Possess certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), & CompTIA Security+.
Responisibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive information security policies, including procedures, standards, and guidelines to protect the organization’s digital assets;
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in systems;
- Design, build, and manage network security systems such as firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS);
- Continuously monitor network activity to detect suspicious behavior and analyze security incidents;
- Develop and implement incident response procedures to handle cyberattacks effectively and efficiently;
- Conduct penetration testing to identify weaknesses in security systems;
- Provide security training to employees to raise awareness of cyber threats and promote good security practices.
