Job Description
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Business Administration
- Min of 1 years’ experience as Customer Service.
- Familiar with the operational requirement for the running of the Real Estate/ Property.
- Knowledge on Building Maintenance Skill.
- Able to build a good interpersonal relation with all levels.
- Have a good written & spoken in English Proficient
- Have a good listening skill, to understand exactly what Customer required.
- Good personal presentation, especially when working with Customer’s face to face.
Duties & Responsibility:
- To enhance good relationship with Customers. Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinated Customer’s complain to related department such as Estate Maintenance and Utilities Maintenance Division, etc.
- Actively seek, and act on, Customer feedback in order to make continuous improvements to our service. Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
- Empowering co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust, authority and motivation so they are always ready to support Customers in the best way possible.
- Assist in scheduling real estate showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
