Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or in any related field;
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in the same field;
- Have experience in working as an Auditor;
- Have work experience in a Port Company is a plus;
- Have knowledge about Accounting Software (SAP will be a plus);
- Proficient in Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc);
- Fluent in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Having good analysis on accounting;
- Able to work in a team;
- Willing to be placed in a sister company (Port Industry) at Head Office Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Assist management in preparing financial reports for each month and year-end period;
- Ensure that all journals in the accounting system are in accordance with supporting documents and the accuracy of accounting records;
- Perform bank reconciliation and/or daily transaction reconciliation, monthly and year-end book closing;
- Review and prepare invoices and/or debit notes to external parties and/or from other departments;
- Prepare data and provide financial report information to internal and external parties (such as auditors, consultants, banks and other departments).
