Job Summary:
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within an organization. They will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are achieved on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Act as a liaison between client, project managers, team members, and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project progress and facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
- Manage project resources, including people, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept under control
- Identify and manage potential project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other documents as necessary, and track progress.
- Ensure that the project meets agreed quality standards, and that all deliverables are of a high quality
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure all tasks and timelines are met
Qualifications:
- • Good English proficiency (oral & written) is a MUST
- • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or related field
- • 5 and above years of experience in project coordination or project management
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
