- Responsibilities
- Create and develop new product
- Do some food test and cooking demo
- Establishes procedurs for maintaning high standards of quality, reliability, and safety
- Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen and undertake the necessary steps to maintain the highest possible standard in this area.
- Requirements
- Enrolled in a Culinary Degree preferred Previous experience in pastry
- 2-3 years as Pastry Chef in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards
- Have strong mature leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred.
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
- Well groomed and presentable
